germans are out :o(
now it's over for germany. the team lost against the usa in the quarterfinals and also lost the game against france today to qualify for the game of 5th place. now there's just one chance to get 7th place by winning against lithuania on sunday. we'll see what happens. now i really hope that argentina and greece will win the semifinals and play against eachother in the finals!

alba won their first pre-season game against urspring schule ehingen. except the injured players and our two national players everybody did a great job and played real good defense. i am excited to see them play soon. and i will...sunday i am going to see a game against slask wrozlaw in cottbus when alba is paying the trip. that's gonna be cool i guess.

quarter finals!
german national team reached the quarter finals and will be playing against the usa tomorrow. the germans won 78:77 against nigeria and got into the next round. we'll see if there is any chance to defeat the usa...but to be honest i'm not too confident.

3 a.m.?!
are you guys serious?! i don't believe it...germany's next game against nigeria will be monday morning at 3 a.m.! man...okay, the world championship is in japan and there are differences in time between japan and berlin. but who's set this important game at 10 a.m. japanese time?! hello?! unbelievable! so i guess i can't support my guys the way i want, except i'll be dreaming about them.
by the way...germany won 108:103 against angola. but just after the 3rd(!!!!!!!!) overtime and 47 points of german wunderkind dirkules! have you ever seen something like that? i just saw it one time when tusli finally lost that game.

Jovo's knee is better!
jovo told the press his knee doesn't hurt anymore and he's starting some softer practice now. his doc said he'll be back next year. keep your fingers crossed he won't be too fast so that his injury will get even worse. jovo...keep your patience, dude!!

germans reach the next round!
after another win against panama germany reached the next round of basketball's world championship in japan. even though there is another game left (against angola tomorrow) the team with superstar dirk -the german wunderkind- nowitzki has definitely passed the preliminary round. good job, guys!
and a real nice thing to know: jo herber and demond greene of alba became two of the important players!

welcome to my world of basketball!!!

alright...i think i'm gonna keep you up to date about things that have to do with basketball, alba berlin, the german league and my favourite players. cool? cool!
so the season's gonna start on 1st of octobre with the match alba-bonn. actually i am sad to see my favourite player martynas mazeika in that ugly magenta jersey of bonn (and even bernd kruel now plays there!!!!! i hate bonn!). alba lent him for 1 year and so he will play for bonn next season. that makes me real sad and angry. but alba always takes away my favourite players after 2 years maximum.

and my man jannis is now playing for eisbaeren bremerhaven (1st devision) and for stade (3rd devision). even though he could have been at an u.s. college he decided to stay in germany! thanks man!! i would have missed you like hell! so much looking forward to see you again this season!!! big hug!

then i just got to know that one of my favourites, joakim blom, will not play for braunschweig any more. i don't know where he's going...but hopefully he'll stay in germany! he is such a great guy!
another cool dude just changed the team and now plays for karlsruhe: ryan bond!! ryan...i am cool with that!! i am so happy to see you again next season, man!! you're great!

by the way....germany lost their first game against spain yesterday with 71:92! i won't say anything about it :o/

okay...that's it for now. i'll get back at you by time!
